Player Cards: All players should have a PIC in order to play in a league game. Please note that there may be cases in which there may be a delay in issuing player cards. In such cases, the league Registrar will issue a letter or e-mail to referees and managers identifying those players who do not have cards but are eligible to play.
Referees should obtain a PIC from each individual player prior to the game. If a player has forgotten his PIC for a regular game, the referee must consult with the other team manager and obtain the other team's permission to allow the player to play without a PIC. Managers must not allow a player who is under suspension to play.
Referees must NOT permit a player to play in a YEAR-END TOURNAMENT game
if he does not have a PIC - NO EXCEPTIONS FOR YEAR-END TOURNAMENT GAMES.
Game Sheets: Team managers must present completed game sheets to
the referee prior to the start of the match. The referee will be responsible
for collecting BOTH game sheets from the managers and submitting them
directly to Bruce Spencer, League Disciplinary Coordinator, immediately
following the game. In Bruce's absence, game sheets may be submitted to
Chris Makowski, League Director.
If your game is rained out, your team manager should email Chris Makowski immediately to advise him that your game was rained out so that it can be re-scheduled, if possible.
